The most exciting Thursday in sports is here and, by now, you should have your bracket all filled out and ready to go. USA Today compiled the tournament predictions of 55 athletes and celebrities. Of those 55, only one picked Kentucky and (surprise, surprise), that somebody is former UK star Anthony Davis. Also worth mentioning: Oprah Winfrey‘s BFF Gayle King was the only one to pick Duke, Weber State Damian Lillard likes Weber State, and and James Van Der Beek chose St. Joseph’s using a highly scientific formula.
Take That, $25 Corn Dog
On Tuesday I mentioned the Diamondbacks’ newest heart-attack special, an 18-inch corn dog stuffed with cheese and bacon to be sold at Chase Field this season for $25. The Tigers are offering a less expensive and (tastier?) option - a poutine hot dog with french fries, cheese curds and beef gravy. All for just $7.
Goodbye, Chief Wahoo?
Indians fans have started a Twitter account (@DeChiefWahoo) to eliminate the Chief Wahoo logo once and for all. Fans have been removing, covering or altering Chief Wahoo on their Indians merchandise and posting the photos to the account. As long as this doesn’t affect the production of Major League IV, I am okay with this movement.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar appeared on CNBC’s Fast Money program Tuesday and discussed the issue of college player payments. He also mentioned that he’s “keeping an eye” on the Bucks ownership situation and “might try to be involved” if the team is up for sale. The Hall of Fame center played for Milwaukee from 1969-75 and remains one of the franchise’s greatest players. In this photo, Abdul-Jabbar rests on the bench before Game 3 of the 1974 NBA Finals against the Celtics. The Bucks would eventually lose the series in seven games.
